Our Thanksgiving Day 2007

We had such a nice Thanksgiving Day with our family. It was just the four of us. We enjoyed our day playing a game, reading, computer games, and X-Box. It was all very relaxing.

We ate dinner around 3 p.m. Our delicious dinner was filled with turkey, mash potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. For dessert we had dark chocolate mint brownies, vanilla ice cream, and pumpkin pie. My husband and I placed all our food: turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatoes in disposable pans. We also used heavy duty white paper plates. It made the clean up quick. My boys were thrilled with this. Nobody likes to do dishes on a full stomach!

We are looking forward to enjoying left overs for the next few days. Yummy!
