First Family is my new book to read from the library. Don’t you just love the feel of a brand new book? I would love to afford a largeĀ library room so I could display many of my favorite authors. Maybe one day. =)

Have just read David Baldacci’s latest book ‘ First family’ and thoroughly enjoyed it. it was good to reurn to a story involving Sean King and Michelle Maxwell. I would just like to point out that the editor of the book missed an anomaly in the plot. On page 417 Michelle has a fractured ankle and yet on page 424, just an hour or two later in the plotline, she is running! It didn’t spoil my enjoyment of the book – just caused a -” huh??” moment.

Lynn – Thanks for pointing that out. I have to admit I didn’t pick up on that. However, my husband usually does when reading novels. I won’t tell him and see if he says anything after he finishes the book. You should inform the editor and you may just receive a signed copy from the author!

I too have just finished First Family and enjoyed it thoroughly. One question I had, and this may be “deja vu all over”, but the incident with Michele and the farm house and the rose bushes- hasn’t this been in another of Baldacci’s novels. If anyone has felt the same, and you can remember in which novel it was introduced, please remind me of the title.
