I have NEVER met a pastor that inspires ME the way Bob Coy does. I get his entire message. The music is awesome! They have a large group of singers accompanied by their choir. Also, they’ll have the words to the songs they’ll sing on their website. There is also a place below where you can take notes, and email them to yourself when you are finished. How cool is that!

To get to the service – Click on LIVE SERVICE and then select a stream. Window: High (cable) or Low (dial up). Now click on FULL featured Mode in the upper right. Another dialog box will appear. If you have any problems, please e-mail me and I will guide you.

Bob Coy is an incredibly funny man;a man who truly loves the Lord. He can pull his congregation in by preaching God’s word and using examples we can relate to in today’s world. Also, he shares a lot of his own life experiences. He has a very interesting back ground. If you have time, check it out.

You will need to use Real Player when listening on-line. Quick Time Player does not work.

I enjoy listening to their on-line live services Wednesday nights, and occasionally Sunday’s before our church in Santa Maria. Senior Pastor Bill Ritchie, has truly been blessed by God with an ability to distill the word of God, into practical everyday applications.

His son, Jason, leads the music worship team. How cool is that! He has an amazing voice. If you are familiar with an artist name Chris Tomlin, then you can imagine the sound of Jason’s voice. If you are ever up in the area, please visit this church.

You will not be disappointed. Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins both spoke there in 2007, on their series of books. My husband has read all of them more than once.

Dr. Bill R. Ritchie was born in Salem, Oregon, where he lived until his graduation from Willamette University with a B.A in Psychology. He then moved to California, where he earned his doctorate in Theology and Ethics at the School of Theology at Claremont. During his graduate years he also attended the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where he received a Certificate. Bill then pastored Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Bellingham, Washington. He also taught Management and Business Ethics at Western Washington State College. Following this Bill was pastor of Salmon Creek United Methodist Church until 1975 when he organized Crossroads Community Church, a Calvary Chapel Fellowship. Crossroads is a church of 8,000 with a staff of 165. Bill has a radio program called “Brand New” on over 400 radio stations daily, has authored two books and is finishing a third, and launched a foundation called ABC (A Better Chance) to help at-risk kids get a solid education, tutoring and mentoring to give them a better chance at life. Along with his lovely wife of 39 years Betty, he enjoys landscaping and gardening.
